The temple
is not only where you submit, pray, praise and worship, it is also where you hear
from God. Now I want to go into this
with understanding.
There are
two kinds of words that you get from God.
You get the
Logos - the written Word of God
And you get
Rhema - the spoken Word.
When God
speaks to you in the written Word, He speaks to your mind.
When God
speaks to you the spoken Word, He speaks to your heart by the Holy Spirit.
For you to
have full understanding your mind and your heart have to be in agreement.
That’s why
it is essential to have the resident Holy Spirit in you if you are to understand
the things of God.
Because
what you hear in your mind that is of God, the Holy Spirit will confirm in your
heart to give you understanding.
It is with
understanding that you can utilize the temple you have built.
When a
person who has not received Christ reads the Bible or hears God calling them,
they receive what has been coined, head knowledge. They hear the logos and sometimes the Rhema,
but unless they yield and allow the Holy Spirit to quicken their spirit, they
cannot interpret or understand the things of God.
We have
a lot of people today interpreting what God is doing and saying, from the
perspective of this head knowledge, without the indwelling Holy Spirit.
All of
their knowledge, despite how vast or seemingly brilliant goes to the grave with
them. They were filled with temporal
knowledge, because knowledge doesn’t become eternal until it is sanctified by
the Holy Spirit in your temple.
When your
mind is filled with the logos of God, (the written Word of God) and your heart
is filled with the rhema of God
(The spoken
Word by the Holy Spirit), the temple in you, where God resides will become very
important to you.
You will
purpose in your heart to finish it and keep it pure.
God will
speak to you while you are building the temple and make promises that will be
kept.
You will
dedicate the Temple to God and stay faithful to keep it pure and holy.
You will use
it as a house of submission, prayer, praise & worship.

Corinthians 3:9
“For we are
labourers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building.
