8.
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it
is the gift of God:
9. Not
of works, lest any man should boast.
10. For
we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath
before ordained that we should walk in them.
11.
Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh,
who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the
flesh made by hands;
12.
That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the
commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no
hope, and without God in the world:
13. But
now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood
of Christ.
Wait!!!
It can’t be. I can gain in my
relationship with God simply by receiving in myself an understanding of the
blood of
Christ?
More than
gain:
Renew
Rebuild
Rejuvenate
Revitalize
Restore
Refresh
and
Reclaim
How would you like to reclaim some lost ground.
Allow God
to restore you back to your rightful place in Him.
This can
be done in a moments time. It takes your
will giving over to the Father, whatever you want restored.
Pronounce
a blessing in your life and into your friends or parents or children.
Speak to
God about your need.
Ask God
about your crossroad decision.
Bring it
to the Father and let God separate the gold from the dross.
Next time you take
communion, take it with with expectation that Christ will finish what He started in you. It is a promise written in His blood."
Note: It might be a bain to the young people that think communion is ridiculous. It might be routine for many long standing church members. It might be abhorrent to your sceptical friends. It might be considered just a religious ceremony to others. But to you, it can be the most powerful connection their is to being cleansed of self and finding new dimensions of truth. There is Power in the Blood."
