God thinking XLIII - Inspired Tools 3

"God says in Matthew 21:22, “And all things, whatsoever ye ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.”
But your enemy says things like,
  • “Your too old.
  • You can’t say that at work.
  • You’re too young.
  • You can’t take time off work for that.
  • You’re all washed up, don’t bother trying.
  • You not educated enough.
  • You don’t have enough money to do that.
  • You messed up your life, you’ll never get it right.
  • Don’t pray for that, nobody really cares if you make it or not.
  • Your just lost, your on your own, there’s no God to help you."
When you hear those negative voices saying things like that, it’s not God speaking.  It’s not God thinking either.  Don’t buy into the lies of your #1 enemy.

If you believe that your too old, too weak or too lost, you have no faith.  Without faith satan gets his way in your life, but with just a little faith, you can side up with the God who gave Abraham and Sarah a baby at 100 years old.
  • The God that opens the eyes of the blind.
  • The God that heals the sick.
  • The God that brings families together.
  • The God that changes minds.
  • The God that breaks the bonds of prejudice.
  • The God that saves the lost.
  • The God that made the stars.
With just a little faith, faith like a mustard seed, you can move mountains.

If that’s not the kind of faith you have - something is holding you back - If God is speaking to you about something holding you back, right it down.  Reach beyond yourself and let God be God in your life."
