“5. Let your moderation be known unto all men.
The Lord is at hand.
6. Be
careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with
thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto
God.
7. And
the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds
through Christ Jesus.” Philippians
4:5-7
Be careful for nothing simply means: There is nothing that you should carry the burden of, alone. There is nothing that you can bring to God that will surprise Him.
God knows that only through communion with God in prayer, i. e., (your mind and the mind of Christ uniting in will and purpose):

Can you find solace and fulfillment in the pursuit of what ever it
is - Sure you can find pleasure, but for lasting and meaningful satisfaction, you
had better bring God in on it.
God knows

(Operating
in a way that you allow your mind to be apprehended by God so that
He can fill you with His will).
You can accomplish the tasks at hand with integrity, if you know that
you have agreement with God and that you have God's blessing to proceed forward (or go to) (or plan
to do this or that) or whatever the task at hand is for the day.
I’ll tell
you a truth you already know. You make
far too many decisions without consulting the Father in heaven.
