God Thinking XXXVII - I Challenge You To A Belief Duel 3

"The principles that God established to be put into operation by His people can only be made available to His people when sponge-like belief is present.  

It is belief that ignites or activates a truth and takes it from its hidden or stored state and puts it into operation in its active use state. 

I want you to get this sense of the sponge-like belief, so that as you define belief, you can apply a simple litmus test to determine if you truly believe what you say you believe.  

Belief has been falsely defined in every generation.  God gave us His Word and provides every truth necessary for a complete and satisfying relationship with Himself and with mankind.  But, satan will do anything to keep you from believing what God has said to you.  

It has always been a ploy of satan to imitate or mimic the truth with a false word.  It has always been the ploy of satan to make God’s truths seem ambiguous and obscure in hopes that you will not believe what God says.   

It has always been the plan of satan to have you guessing.  Even though God says His Word is simple and easy to understand, satan has convinced far too many people that the Word is difficult and cumbersome. 

Think about it.  Who should you believe concerning an issue like this, God or satan?

See, your destiny and the effectiveness of your life for God, hinge upon what you believe.

Note: If this kind of challenge to your faith offends you then you have been desensitized by religion.  satan is your real enemy and true belief is your only weapon to repel satan's plots against you.  It does matter what you believe. 

A false view of what belief is can give a false sense of security to those who think they are something they are not or think they possess something they don’t."
