N - Never
give up. Remember the woman at the
well? “Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water
shall thirst again: V14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I give him
shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him
shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.” John 4:13-14
Every
time you get right there at the precipice of decision, and you want to make the
right choice, hold firm with what you know is right. Never give up. Jesus doesn’t give us a “well of water
springing up”, to give up.
Never give up just
because it seems tough. It is a ploy of the enemy to make you think that easy is better.
Never give up just
because it seems like the grass is greener on the other side. You don’t know what’s on the other
side, but you do know what’s on this side.
Make it work. Be a little more
flexible. Don’t be so sure that what you are dealing with isn’t exactly what you need right
now. It may be the better of two sides
and you just can’t tell it.
When the pressure is on, and there’s not enough money to go
around, and it looks like the sky is falling and you just can’t do without
another (whatever) - Never give up. Hold
tough and God will honor your commitment, not once, but every time.
