Thought for the day

"Most people believe their worst enemy is satan. It is not. Our worst enemy is procrastination. Procrastination and waiting are two completely different entities. Waiting refers to setting aside needed and productive time to get from point A to point B. Procrastination is purposefully not responding to something imperative or of the moment.

Waiting refers to patience. Procrastination refers to disobedience. To be in God's timing you need to respond simultaneously to His call, direction, command. To be out of God's timing you respond when you want to or when you feel like it - counting on the unknown future to constantly supply the same provisions for success as is supplied in the moment.

Missing this truth has kept you from and will continue to keep you from:
  • Spiritual growth
  • Receiving gifts of the Spirit
  • Emotional, Material, soulical and Spiritual blessings
  • Answered prayer
Lives are saved, perils thwarted when someone responds to the moment.  I have saved lives by spontaneous response to eminent danger. I'm sure most of you have had similar experiences. God created you to respond (at the moment). God-thinking requires you respond at the moment of contact with your heavenly Father. Anything less is not faith, it is religion."
