God Thinking XCI - Meology 8

"Matthew 16:24-26
 24.  Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
 25.  For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.
 26.  For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Can a man or a woman lose their soul?  Of course they can and Me-ology teaches that God accepts everyone into His fold, but theology teaches...”He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” John 3:18

Again, Me-ologians hand out arguments on behalf of all those who will not believe the gospel of Jesus Christ, but theologians mus’nt be so foolish.

The Word of God was written and handed down to you to protect you from foolish and  unsubstantiated beliefs.

Matthew 23:13
13.  But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.

You hold the truth in your heart to disperse to the unbelieving world so that they too can come in and sup with the Christ.

If you fall silent or without a fight, many will not come in, many will be left behind.

Me-ology says, it’s up to God who comes in and who doesn’t, thereby passing off personal responsibility for their faith.
Theology says, it’s up to you and I to go and proclaim the gospel just like the scriptures say.

To crucify Christ was this world’s worst atrocity, but to support this world’s system of thinking is the second.

It’s time to decide:
Am you a Me-ologian or theologian?
