Thought for the day

"Truth is put inside of us by the Spirit of God. Truth is revealed to us by the Spirit of God. Truth is understood by the Spirit of God. Let's read 1 Corinthians 2:9-10.  Human wisdom cannot understand the things of God. I wonder if you truly are thankful to God for allowing you to receive His Spirit. Knowing the Father in itself is more than you could ever expect. Have you ever felt that? Just knowing God is such a blessing in itself.

1 Corinthians 2:9 "But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him."

Before you came to Christ, it made no difference how much God revealed of Himself, you could not receive it. This is the condition of the unsaved man or woman. Before Christ, you could not see nor could you hear, nor could you understand what God had prepared fo you. God was at work preparing a path for yous, but you could not see it.

V10 "But God hath revealed them unto us by His Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God." The "us", is the believer. How does God reveal what eye hath not seen and ear hath not heard and what hath not entered into the heart of man? By His Spirit.
