“But as it
is written: Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither
have
entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that
love Him.
V10 But
God hath revealed them unto us by His Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all
things, yea, the deep things of God.
V11 For
what man knoweth the things of man, save the spirit
of man
which is in him? Even so the things of
God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
That’s
why, without the indwelling Holy spirit, the best you can hope for is a
stimulated mind.
The
stimulated mind without the Spirit of God, makes a good rebel.
Men and
women of God aren’t made by IQ, they are made by “I AM.”
Verse 14 But the
natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are
foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually
discerned.”
Many
people have mistaken something that resembles the truth for the truth
itself. That’s why there are so many
philosophies, so many religions, so much wrong thinking.
That’s
why a lot of well-meaning people are all mixed up about who God is and how to
live a life with value and integrity and excellence.
In a
spiritually created world, created by a spiritual God, they are trying to
respond to God with a carnal mind.
Most
people sense a need for spiritual awareness, but they want to experience it in
the flesh. It cannot be done.
The
Pharisees tried it and it didn’t work for them.
The spiritist tried it and it doesn’t work for them. The Buddhist tried it, but it doesn’t work
for them. The cults try it but it
doesn’t work for them. The Muslims try
it, but it doesn’t work for them either, because there is no true spiritual
life without the essence of the Spirit and the essence of the Spirit can only
be found in Jesus Christ."
God will
not change or condescend His essence to fulfill the desire of those who pretend
to be spiritual, those who nurture wrong thinking. God got enough of that for the two-thousand
years of Israelite rebellion.
The Holy
Spirit transforms the way you use to think into the way you should think, more so
as you yield to God."
