God Thinking LXII - You Will Make A Decision 9

"God is not genie-like and performs no magic, but God is all powerful and performs magnificent miracles.

Revelation 19:6
6.  And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.

Deuteronomy 29:2-3
 2.  And Moses called unto all Israel, and said unto them, Ye have seen all that the Lord did before your eyes in the land of Egypt unto Pharaoh, and unto all his servants, and unto all his land;
 3.  The great temptations which thine eyes have seen, the signs, and those great miracles:

Acts 2:22
22.  Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:

Note: Are you OK with miracles? Many Christians today have grown weary of waiting on God and since so many things didn't go the way they thought it should they have abandoned their own faith (which is in direct relation with rejecting the faith of their own parents) in some cases.  But the problem isn't in God not performing well, but the perception of what God should or shouldn't have done in specific circumstances. Back to the question of whether you are OK with miracles; Miracles require faith, so if you have thrown your faith out with your unfulfilled expectations, don't expect to see any miracles.  They will happen and your prayers will be answered but you will not see/perceive them.
