Thought for the day

Apart from the indwelling Holy Spirit, your spirit only recognizes the things of man. Mankind does not know the things of God, but the Spirit of God does know, therefore without the Spirit of God indwelling you, you cannot please God or operate in the power of God.

1 Corinthians 9:12 "Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God." Once you have received the Spirit of God, you can grow and understand the things of God, because they are freely given to you by the Spirit of God.

Ministering in the spirit, is when you minister to others, by letting the power that has been given to you by the Spirit of God, be given to others by the spirit in you. As you invest yourselve into the life of others, they benefit from your relationship with God, in the spirit. Your spirit is renewed day by day if you let the Spirit of God flow through you.
