God Thinking L - One Word 7

"2 Corinthians 9:8, “And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good thing."
  • If we were to fully apprehend what it means for God to “make all grace abound toward us”
  • If we could really see what it means to have God working on our behalf with every thing that is available to God, designed and given to us through and by His grace.
  • If we could grasp that when God makes this “grace abound toward us”, He is motivated by His own good pleasure.
  • If we could even begin to understand the enthusiasm that God has on our behalf..... If we could understand that God is performing His will in us and through us, by His grace, simply because He wants to.
No matter how hard I try, I cannot find the right words that disclose my heart on this matter of God’s grace

The grace of God is too big and too wonderful, to comprehend much less accurately describe.

The only people that can even begin to fathom the concept of God’s grace are those who are living under the banner of Jesus Christ.

For it is through Christ (His life) and by His sacrifice (the shedding of His blood on the cross) that we are even able to receive the grace of God.
The whole world is seeking after what we already possess.  Every soul seeks to know their creator, and you and I have already joined together with Him, by His grace."

God Thinking L - One Word 6

Sorry for the delay on this blog.  I was really sick  over the weekend.

"Grace
Once we understand the potency of grace and the all encompassing efficacy of this unmerited gift from God, we can’t help but unravel at its implications.

God forgive us for attempting to be something apart from your grace.

Forgive us for trying to be religious apart from your grace.

Forgive us for donning ourselves with the ornaments of self-righteousness as if we were something apart from your grace.

Forgive us for not being satisfied with your grace.

Can you sense God pouring out His grace on you right now.

God spoke to me just a clear as I have ever heard the voice of God in my spirit, He said “My Grace is sufficient for thee.” 2 Corinthians 12:9

Please accept God’s infilling right now, of how much He loves you.

Hear the Word of the Lord:

Ephesians 2:5-9
“Even when we were dead in sins, (God) hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
V6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
V7 That in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
V8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
V9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.”

Can I say without reservation or hesitation, that “the gift of God” is grace and shouldn’t be confused with any other gift.

The “gift of God” is grace."

God Thinking L - One Word 5

"God decided long before He ever made mankind that there would be a special word:

A word that would explain God to man.

A word that would unite God and man.

A word that would describe His love for us.

A word that would paint a word picture like nothing we have ever or could ever fully comprehend.

A word that cannot be confused with any other.

A word that cannot be mistranslated, but so powerful in itself, that there is no other word that would even try to compete.

A word that even satan couldn’t mess up.

A word that reaches beyond our intellect and goes directly to the soul of man.

One word that would tell the world about the love of God, the whole story, from beginning to end and include every soul from Adam to you and I.

That word is Grace."

God Thinking L - One Word 4

"This gift (One Word) of God transcends every religion  - every belief - every faith - every plan - every doctrine.

This gift:

Cannot be found by accident

Cannot be achieved through excellence

Cannot be apprehended through seeking

Cannot be understood through education

Cannot be purchased

This gift is nonpareil, (unequalled) (matchless) (solitary) in that, it alone provides every component necessary to live a full and rewarding life.

This gift is so powerful that it contains within it all others.

Even eternal life is subject to the presence of this gift.

It is so precious, that God reserved the right to impart this gift, Himself.

It can only be given by God Himself.

Even if we were to never see our dreams fulfilled

Even if we were to never see an angel

Even if we were to never witness a miracle

Even if we were to never get that thing we really thought we needed

Even if we were to never receive any of the gifts of the Spirit

Even if we were to never find love

Even if we were to never be healed

This gift would still transcend all others."

God Thinking L - One Word 3

"Of all the gifts of God this gift is the most received gift of all and at the same time, the least appreciated.

When God imparts this gift, if we were never to receive another gift - if we were never even to hear of any other gift - we would have in our possession everything sufficient and everything expected from God so that we can be:

Accepted

Justified

Redeemed

Saved

Sanctified

Righteous

Everything demanded by God from you or me is provided within this gift from God.

When God gives this gift, it is given without regard to denomination - religious affiliation or generational heritage.

It is given without regard to Race - creed - nationality - gender or age.

When God gives this gift, it is given:

Without reservation

Without hesitation

Without review

Without strings attached

No gift can come close to and there is no equal to this gift from God.

Not wisdom

Not knowledge

Not faith

Not healing

Not miracles

Not prophesy

Not discerning of spirits

Not tongues

Not interpretation of tongues

There is one gift that joins us to God.

One gift that seals our fate.

One gift that transcends anything we could ever do or dream to do, to be right with God.

God Thinking L - One Word 2

"One gift from God that we can count on anywhere and at any time.

There is one gift that God gives that He gives most freely and without measure.  There is one gift offered to all mankind - Despite their personality - despite their character - despite their job title - despite their wealth - despite their background - despite what they’ve done - despite where they’ve been - despite it all.

This gift is not just for the pious - The religious - the gifted - the talented - the skilled - the ambitious or the intelligent.  This gift is not just for the studious - the brilliant - the well known or the well liked.

Unlike any other gift from God, this gift does not elevate us above others.

Unlike any other gift from God, this gift gives us nothing to brag about, nothing to toot our own horn.

This gift does not reveal to others how much more spiritual we are than they.

This gift needs no coaxing, no study, no striving for and no work on our part.

Even though it is the best gift of all, there is nothing you or I can do to earn it or achieve it.

Neither will we ever deserve it.) (To be continued)

God Thinking L - One Word 1

  • "Sometimes we need to be strengthened
  • Sometimes we need to be healed
  • Sometimes we need to be encouraged
  • Sometimes delivered
  • Sometimes we need to be empowered
  • Sometimes we need to be revived
  • Sometimes we need to be challenged
  • Sometimes we need to be filled
  • Sometimes re-filled
  • Sometimes we are on top
  • Sometimes we are on the bottom
  • Sometimes we are the head
  • At times we have been the tail
  • At times we have listened to God and followed the leading of the Holy Spirit
  • At other times we did not
  • Sometimes we have the answers
  • And other times we cannot get even the simplest answer
  • Sometimes we can lay hands on someone and they are healed
  • And other times we can’t even break a cold
  • Sometimes we pray and God answers immediately
  • And other times we pray and we feel like God isn’t even hearing us, and if He is, He sure isn’t very concerned about the matter.
  • Sometimes life’s problems seem to overwhelm us
  • And other times it seems like a breeze
  • Sometimes life’s problems seem insurmountable
  • Sometimes it seems like we can do anything
  • Sometimes we loathe ourselves
  • Sometimes we love who we are
  • Sometimes we have no power
  • At other times we are full of power
  • There are times when we have been foolish
  • And times we have been wise
  • Times we have been faithful
  • And times we have been unfaithful
In all this, the mountain tops and the valleys, the best of times and the worst of times, from the lowest moments in our life, to the to the highest plateaus, there is one constant:
One, never changing, perpetual, unending, unceasing, ever-present, fully satisfying, substantial and completely all-sufficient constant in our life."

Note: I'm not trying to be cruel, but to get the true, internal, inner man affect you will have to continue with me until I reveal it. See you tomorrow.

God Thinking XLIX - Practice The Influence Of The Holy Spirit...? 7

"What is true is: Jesus Christ has given to you all that you need to accurately represent Him and accurately represent what He has done for you.  Jesus expects that your outer life will reflect your inner life.  And when the outer life of the Christian man or woman accurately represents the inner life, (communion with God) it is a beautiful thing. But more than that, when you represent Christ in a way that is pleasing to God, you stand a chance of making a difference in peoples lives.

Your testimony is credible.

Your council is wise.

When you get out of the way, the Holy Spirit can minister to others with power.

The words you speak take root.

The prayers you pray bring about desired results.

You become full because you allow God His rightful place in your life, and others reap of the overflow of that relationship.

I’m really onto something here.  God wants you to know when to let go and let God, and it all comes with practice.
The blessings that God gives the inner man when man let’s God work through the outer man, cannot be compared to anything."

God Thinking XLIX - Practice The Influence Of The Holy Spirit...? 6

"It is the Holy Spirit in you that finishes your creation and makes you whole, perfect, complete, Christ-like, one with God in purpose.

Hear the truth of the matter:

To know a truth and not exercise your self in it, is of itself empty and void.

Just the same, to know a truth and to exercise your self in it, brings about the outcome of that truth.

Therefore, as willing as you are, to allow the Holy Spirit within you, to lead you, so are you equally capable of performing the will of God.

And so also, as unwilling as you are, to allow the Holy Spirit within you, to lead you, so are you equally incapable of performing the will of God.

You need to take note:

Christ desires to be represented to the lost with integrity.  Jesus did not leave it up to your natural man to reveal Himself to the lost.  He sent the Holy Spirit to indwell you to assure accurate representation of Himself.  God knows you cannot do it on your own.

The God of creation gives you the Holy Spirit to indwell you so that you can reveal Christ to others.

It is not true that you must struggle all your life trying to reach some imaginary pinnacle of spirituality that is unreachable. That was a rumor started by satan.

It is written: “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

V17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17

It’s not true that you must wallow in the mire of despair conquered by your circumstances, year after year.  There is no truth in it.

It is written: “Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us.”  Romans 8:37

It’s not true that Christ died for you so that you could sin without reparations, (consequences to your actions).  Christ died to remove the penalty for your sin which is eternal separation from God. He arose to defeat satan’s authority in your life, which is your propensity to sin.
And He sent the Holy Spirit to remove your service to sin.
But, if you choose to sin you will partake of the consequences and ramifications of that sin.

It is written: “What then? Shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace?  God forbid.
V16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? Romans 6:15-16"

God Thinking XLIX - Practice The Influence Of The Holy Spirit...? 5

"Is there anybody wanting to stop the cycle of defeat once and for all?

Is there anybody that really wants God’s answer?

Is there anybody that has the guts to answer the call of God to a life of obedience?

Prophesy

God has been listening to His people wag their tongue long enough.

God isn’t disappointed with what the world is doing.

God is not at all moved by the goings on of the unbelieving world.

God is not at all surprised that the unbelieving world seeks to threaten and terrorize anyone they can.

God is not disappointed with how it will all turn out.

God is disappointed when His people, who have the indwelling Holy Spirit, live as if they don’t. God is only pleased when you operate in faith.

If you choose to bypass the wisdom that God gave you, (by His abiding in you), you should expect the results to be of a lesser nature than if you did choose to utilize the wisdom supplied to you by the indwelling Holy Spirit.

With the Holy Spirit you can be made whole, lacking nothing, perfect and holy, able to stand, blameless and without reproach, ready and willing in all things to obey God, because the Holy Spirit (within you), is to mankind, who mankind cannot be.

The Holy Spirit can perform outwardly what you are only able to accomplish inwardly.  That’s what we mean by allowing God to work in you and through you.

God Thinking XLIX - Practice The Influence Of The Holy Spirit...? 4

"You can have the righteousness of Christ within you and suppress or quench the leading of the Holy Spirit.  In other words, you can have the righteousness of Christ within you and outwardly operate of your own devices, because you have been given free will to choose whether you are going to confer with God and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit or not.

You have been given authority to confer or not confer, to ask or not ask, to seek or not seek, to obey or not to obey.

You shouldn’t be at all surprised when things go awry or when you are totally at a loss or when you have troubles, or when you are in a quandary, or when your walk doesn’t line up with your talk, if you have within you the wisdom of the Spirit of God and do not use it.

You shouldn’t expect your destinations to be pleasing, the outcome to be excellent or the results to be satisfying, if you are not conferring with God on the matter.
  • If you are not seeking wise council before proceeding forward, you shouldn’t expect God breathed results.
  • If you are receiving wise council and you are circumventing it, you shouldn’t expect God ordained outcomes.
  • If you are in and out with God all the time, you shouldn’t expect to have overcoming faith.
  • If you are making choices without confirmation from the Holy Spirit you shouldn’t expect the power of God to be on the thing you are trying to accomplish.
  • If you are going to go to God and hear what He has to say, and then do what you want to anyway, you shouldn’t expect things to go smoothly.
  • If you are going to profess Christ when it is convenient and deny Him when it isn’t...
Do you get the picture?

God Thinking XLIX - Practice The Influence Of The Holy Spirit...? 3

"Romans 12:1-2, “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
V2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

You become more like Christ as you exercise your self more in His righteousness.  In other words, you rely on the guidance of the Holy Spirit more than you used to, before and during what you do, say, plan, where you go, where you stay, before or during anything.

And I say His righteousness, because the righteousness of Christ is found within the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit is found within you, therefore the righteousness of Christ is within you.  And you can do the will of the Father when you do those things that please the Father.

Just because you have the righteousness of Christ within you, doesn’t equate or mean that you will do the will of God by default, (as if by the very presence of the indwelling Holy Spirit alone, you do the will of the Father).  You know that is not true.  It is not by force or coercion (of the Holy Spirit) that you ever do the will of the Father, it is by submitting your will to the will of the Father, that you do the will of the Father.

God Thinking XLIX - Practice The Influence Of The Holy Spirit...? 2

"You must be more careful to call on the Spirit of God:
  • before you make decisions
  • before you go to work
  • before you eat
  • before you speak to your children
  • before you answer a question
  • before you go out with somebody
  • before you show your hand
  • before you start a business
  • before you say yes
  • before you say no
  • even before you pray.
You call on the Holy Spirit, who resides within, because the Holy Spirit who resides within has the perfect solution for:
  • every need
  • every problem
  • every obstacle
  • every challenge
  • every beginning
  • every end
But to receive God’s supernatural intervention you must lean on the Holy Spirit who resides within.

Just because the Holy Spirit resides within you does not mean that you must utilize the wisdom of God in your everyday dealings.  But, because the Holy Spirit resides within you, you can utilize the wisdom of God in your everyday dealings.

God Thinking XLIX - Practice The Influence Of The Holy Spirit...?

"You become more like Jesus, your true self in Christ, when, as you think, you practice the influence of the Holy Spirit.  You become more like Christ when you include the influence of the Holy Spirit as an integral part of your decision making process.

Not everyone who is born again or spirit filled allows the Spirit of God to operate in them and through them freely.

This message is for anyone who wants (more of the truth that emanates from God) (who resides in you, in your inner man) to be exercised externally.  In other words, this is for those who want all the truth that they know inside, to be immediately available and utilized in your everyday experience, so that you will glorify God, not only by knowing the truth, (what  you possess in the inner man) but also by doing the will of God, (what goes out from you).

What goes out from you reveals who you really are.

Most people would admit, that they live outwardly (what comes out from them) below the standard of excellence that they experience inwardly (what they know or perceive to be right or righteous).

Too many of us, have within us more truth than we operate in.  God has revealed, filled, blessed, enriched, enlightened and imparted to you everything you need to be full and complete. If this is true why does it seem so hard to live rightly, serve God and others with enjoyment and to keep ourselves in line with the will of God?  It is really very simple.  We haven't let God work in us and through us to the level that is available.  We stifle the Spirit of God for many lesser things.
