God Thinking XLVI - Understanding Foreordained 4

"God knows that you need to get from point “A” to point “B” and from point “B” to point “C” and so on. “For your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask Him.” Matthew 6: 8b

God knows what you need to fulfill your purpose in life.  God’s purpose and your pursuits should be the same thing.

God created it all and breathed into us the breath of life.  God sees His creation as good.  God sees you I as the one and only, highest form of creation - an image of Himself.

 

How can it be that in a world so perfectly ordered, ordained by God, set in motion to fulfill His will? - How could it be that there is such chaos, destruction, terror and depression?

 

In a world fashioned by God and intrically designed to give and sustain life, all powered by God’s supernatural intervention - Why isn’t there more peace and joy?  Why aren’t we fulfilled and happy?

 

I’ll tell you why.

You were never meant to pursue happiness and wealth, success and fulfillment apart from God’s purpose for your life.

 

You were meant to commune with God in the cool of the day and the quiet of the night. 

You were meant to get answers from God - to seek His face and answer His calling.

You were meant to be fruitful and multiply, develop and apprehend - All while you were in direct communication with God - not apart from God. 

• It was never meant to be that you would pursue your own agenda apart from the express will and direction of God.
• It was never meant that you would seek success apart from God’s plan.  That’s why so many things don’t really work or bring fulfillment.  In and of themselves without the hand of God - at some point they become empty and unfulfilling.

• It was never meant that we would use the temple of God, (our body), as a storehouse for unhealthy and unnatural elements. 
• It was never meant that we would proceed without consulting with God and reasoning together a solution.
• It was never meant that we would even consider to pursue some of the things that we are not only pursuing, but doing.

When God spoke everything into existence, He set it all in motion, knowing the end from the beginning.  And all the peace, prosperity, health, wisdom, success, joy & happiness is found in the pursuit of life while fulfilling the purpose of God.
