Thought for the Day

"There are some still trying to figure out the virgin birth as if it could be figured out, and if they don't figure it out, then it must not have happened. There are still many who can't get past the Trinity. "The word Trinity is not in the Bible, therefore it must not be true," but they don't believe the Bible, so why does that make any difference?

here are many that don't believe in hell, so since they don't believe in it, it must not exist. After all why would a loving God create a place of torment? The problem is that if we believe in a loving God, we have to believe in a hell too, because it is the same book that speaks of a loving God that teaches of the place called hell.

There are still many, many, even Sunday School teachers, that do not believe the Red Sea was parted. They have provided a scientific explanation that better fits their faith. "The Red Sea was shallow that day, and the wind dried up the bottom of the Sea and the Hebrews walked across dry land, and just about the time they were crossing the Egyptians were coming after them and a huge storm blew up and filled up the Red Sea and the Egyptians all drowned in 3" of water." This is what happens when people make up their our own version of the scriptures. They make up distorted, ridiculous, unbelievable and just plain false concepts.

God doesn't need your help or mine to reveal Himself by His Word, but He does need for us to believe what He says."
