Thought for the day

"I'm not sure that you fully understand the outcome of negative thinking. Not only does it keep you from God-thinking, usually when you think negatively, you pass its poison on to others. Is that godly? God does not honor poison talk. We should never say demeaning and damaging things about God's holy church. And you need to be very careful what we say about God's pastor and God's people. If you are to think like Christ, then you are going to have to find the best in everything, not the worst.

God-thinking causes you to believe and speak God thoughts. Yes, you must emulate your Lord and Savior, and yes you must do what He says to do.
You must be what He says you are.
You must be who He says you are.

I am certain beyond a shadow of a doubt that you and I have been programmed by our culture to think far less than we are capable of, and to think of ourselves far less than we should. We have been taught by the traditions of men that even when we are saved, we are worms, worthy of nothing, but to just long for the day when all will end here and everything will be made perfect for us. We have been lied to by satan. he has strategically set us up to think far too much of who he is and far too little of who we are in Christ."
